Actually the problem is not your pants. Come to think of it, your pants never changed its size. It is time for a new change that would enable you to feel and look good. It is really important that you should be aware of the amount of food that you consume per meal. You should already try to minimize the quantity of food you are eating everyday or in every meal so as to avoid keeping the same weight. It’s not as easy to lose weight with just a good diet plan and a little bit of motivation as everyone says. I would like to see some kind of a real breakthrough in weight loss. It just seems like the science and the development behind weight loss has been pretty stagnant lately. Unless someone knows something I don’t.
