		<description>It&#039;s not as easy to lose weight with just a good diet plan and a little bit of motivation as everyone says. I would like to see some kind of a real breakthrough in weight loss. It just seems like the science and the development behind weight loss has been pretty stagnant lately. Unless someone knows something I don&#039;t.</description>
