Do you have a colleague at work that fidgets all the time? Fidgeting is an involuntary movement of the extremities of a person. Sometimes, if you are working in close proximity with a fidgeter, you will definitely get annoyed. The simple tapping of a fidgeters feet or drumming fingers on a table is enough to drive other people crazy. However, before you conclude that fidgeting only results to annoyance, there is a fact that the simple act of fidgeting can trim down weight fast. Although it is a distractive mannerism, it still, nonetheless, helps the body to burn fat effectively.

Fidgeting is an unknown method for weight control. In fact, a study conducted by the Mayo Clinic found out that what lean adults who do not exercise have in common is that they fidget a lot. Moreover, obese people are less likely to fidget than leaner people. Although this is just a low-grade action, it is enough to for the body to burn fat effectively.  Although fidgeting is an inherent capability of a person, it can be learned. If you are a person who have tried any possible weight loss methods, then you can give fidget diet a shot.

When watching the television, you can get up and move around a lot. While sitting on a couch, you can wriggle your toes and fingers as often as you can. These mundane actions can effectively be used as an effective weight control method. The thing here is that a fidgeter should always move around a lot. Unknowingly, he might be on his or way to meeting his or her weight loss goal.

However, I do not necessarily stress that people should forget about dieting and exercise in exchange for fidgeting. This method is still best for people who are to lazy to get up an exercise. Moreover, if you fidget a lot, chances are people will only get annoyed at you.
