The Nut Diet

There are a lot of fad diets that emerged in the market lately. In fact, all of them aim to provide the safest way for weight loss as well as the most effective way to lose weight fast. A lot of these fad diets do claim as being one of the best weight loss programs ever. One of the fad diets that got some attention from most dieters is called the Nut Diet.
Unlike some extreme weight control fad diets, the Nut Diet provides a well-balanced nutrition to the dieters but it does offer one restriction from the dieter and that is all meals prepared should not exceed 250g. Moreover, eating sweet foods are prohibited while on this diet. This particular diet lasts for 10 days and at the end of following this weight control program, you will eventually lose 3 kilograms of your weight. Sounds impossible, right?
As the name implies, the Nut Diet involves munching on nuts as your source of protein and good fats. This means that while trying to lose weight fast while under this diet, eating nuts is the crucial element in your daily meals.
For instance, you can munch on tomato salad and chopped almonds for breakfast while dinner consists of vegetable soup with a handful of peanuts. If you crave for in-between meal snacks, you can munch on peanuts or other nut variants.
However, the thing is that peanuts are not proven to be effective agents for rapid weight loss. On the other hand, the Nut Diet is a combined variation of the portion control as well as the South Beach Diet wherein you control the amount of calories taken in the body.
Although the Nut Diet does give rapid weight loss to the dieter, it is still not a very good alternative if you want to lose weight safely.
